Our lab is equipped with a Bruker 600 MHz wide-bore magnet with a frequency matched gyrotron and cryo-cabinet for dynamic nuclear polarization experiments. We have probes for low temperature dynamic nuclear polarization magic angle spinning experiments as well at room temperature magic angle spinning experiments. Our system is housed in the NE2 building in the Biomolecular NMR Facility.
Watch the installation of our system. Check out a time lapse video of the six week process.
Planning and installation of the 600 MHz DNP system:
Time lapse of the construction of the enclosure for the external bulk nitrogen tanks, one to deliver liquid nitrogen and one for high pressure nitrogen gas.
Time lapse of the crane delivering the liquid nitrogen tanks and roof fan for emergency ventilation.
